I searched past questions about premature ejaculation before. A lot of them seemed to recommend the Start-Stop method, and to control a steady pace of stimulation.
The thing for ME is, I practice. But the second it’s game day, they seem to be extremely fast. Weeks to months of training all go out the window. Should I start increasing my speed all the time now??

Have you tried the squeeze technique?
If start-stop isnt working i would definatly try the stuff that takes away the sensitivity.
only problem ive had with those is that it takes it away a little to much and i had trouble gettin off.
focus on what you are doing and who you are doing it with. The "real" thing is much better than practice and that”s why gameday can be a surprise finish. If you focus on your partner you’ll find that you hang in there longer and taht it feels way better for you too!
There is this stuff that make you less sensitive and thus you should last longer on game day. You can find this at walgreens with condoms and stuff.
