What are some treatments or therapies that are effective for premature ejaculation?

I heard 5 HTP , which is the precusor for seratonin, is helpful.
Does it work? How about desensitizers? (anesthetic creams) but they also desensitize the partner so that isn’t so good.
Do you know any exercises that might help?
or any other OTC supplement??

    Use a small amount of desensitizer like hydrocortisone before BUT make sure you give it a good washing before going to town.

    Also, the tried and true act of ‘rubbing one out’ BEFORE the main event with your girl is always a good way to stop having an embarrassing, disappointing, nite.
