   You need to learn to control yourself. If you feel you are going to orgasm then stop or slow down, anything to prevent you from ejaculating. You may not have a premature ejaculation problem, only a self control problem.

   * the average lasting time of men with PE was 1.8 minutes.

   If you have very mild PE – for instance, you can last five minutes but would like to last 10, there’s probably no point in going to a doctor.

   Why? Because you should be able to improve matters by simple distraction techniques.

   Some men try to treat themselves with a local anaesthetic gel that’s applied to the shaft of the penis shortly before intercourse.This product is advertised to the public as a good way to ‘damp down’ sexual sensation in the penis.Also can cause local anaesthetic can ‘dull’ the sex sensation for your partner.It can also cause a distressing skin reaction in either partner, with intense itching, redness and soreness.

   Use special condoms.

   First of all how you define premature ejaculation? In sex it is important to have total satisfaction.a man gets it moment he ejaculates. But most important question is that whether has he been able to take her partner to reach climax? If not than it is definitely a premature ejaculation.Better way to get rid of this problem is to spend more time in foreplay, that is indulging with partner in kissing, hugging, touching to the sensitive parts of her body etc etc.In short, it is most important to spend more and more time in foreplay before indulging in intercourse.    I had that too and what I did was train myself to go longer.. You start then stop when you are about to blow then you wait till you settle then you go again and you do this and overtime you will build up your time did you find this out masturbating or real sex?
