    You will be happy to know, it is a psychological issue and not a physiological one. Calm down, and breath. Learn how to release your tension and bent up energy without ejaculating; certain breathing techniques help a lot, and mental distractions (learn to multitask). Play around with your other so that you get use to the idea, and even get them closer so that you both can at the same time or close enough to it.

    Watch 2 girls teach sex, that will help you a great deal. And also look up this topic on talk sex with sue.

    Just takes practice usually – so that’s a good reason to keep at it until you get it right.

    How it’s treated by a psychiatrist – where there’s a really bad case of it – is to get you to see how perhaps you have some hidden fear or hatred for women. This is usually a poor relationship with mother going back to early childhood. What is means is you "have nothing to give to women" – you don’t want to please them – you aren’t going to give them what they want….

    But generally premature ejaculation is just ‘stage fright’ – and people get over it pretty quickly.

Premature ejaculation cure?

For the past 3 years, my sex life has been terrible. about 30 seconds after penetration it happens. I’ve tried all the start stop techniques, I’ve been through everything. nothing seems to work. this only happens the first time. when i go for the second round i either go for hours, or have trouble keeping it up. what the hell can i do? I’m so tired of not being able to satisfy my girlfriends.

    It’s psychological. You know you ejaculate too quick, so you get really anxious. Either use a condom (the thicker the better), masturbate beforehand, breathe really deep and focus on breathing (if you breathe too quick you cut of oxygen to your brain which heightens sensation, making you ejaculate quicker). Also, don;t be hard on yourself, if you believe that you can hold on, you can. Also, when you do masturbate, try to draw it out as long as possible. most men train themselves to ejacualte as quick as possible to not get caught, conditioning themselves not to last long.

    Technically PE is when you c um before you can penetrate.

    If you can penetrate this not premature.

    Some guys are naturally fast.

    However few girls orgasm through penetration.
    So you should learn to "satisfy" your gf by other techniques.

Premature Ejaculation Cure?

I am at uni and my boyfriend moved down with me last summer. even since last summer we’ve been having big problems in the bedroom. Basically he doesn’t last longer than 2 minutes during sex, if that.  He’s even cum just laying inside me.  This is really frustrating for both of us, at the beginning i was supportive but now i cant hide my disappointment and normally end up in tears.  He’s the first sexual partner i’ve had but he’s had several others including more ‘older, experienced, confident and spontaneous’ women (in his own words). I am feeling like its my fault and that im not good enough or experienced enough to satisfy him. Even though he ensures me thats not the case.Recently we had a heart to heart and he told me last summer (when the problems started) he masturbated every day for a period of 3 weeks, because he just ‘felt the urge’.  He doesnt now he’s living with me, but has said he often feels like he wants to masturbate but not have sex with me. What should I do, is it my fault?  He’s been for medical tests and there’s nothing wrong

    Hi Maria,

    This is definitely not your problem it is his. The one thing that you are doing that may be interfering with the resolution to the problem is "ending up in tears". If he cares about you this will put more pressure on him.

    Every man is born with premature ejaculation, so having it is perfectly normal – to start with. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

    Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

    There are a lot of high-priced programs advertised online but all you need is an inexpensive little book written by a doctor and sex therapist that has been used successfully for more than 32 years.

    No dear, there is nothing wrong with you.  Nothing at all.  He has issues and there is really nothing that YOU can do about it.  These are things that HE has to work on in order to last longer in bed.  Only he can make these changes.

     I suggest that he ask someone (he could ask me or someone else) but the answer will be that he needs to re-train his body by masturbation.  You can help, of course, but it is something that he is going to want to do.  It involves masturbating to the point where he is about to ejaculate and then stop.  When the feeling subsides, start again until he is about to ejaculate and stop.  Continue doing this until he can’t hold back anymore.  

    This is not a miracle cure and it will take quite some time to produce the desired effects.Until then, use a thicker condom.  This will reduce his sensitivity.  There are also condoms with a desensitizing agent in the tip that will make him last even longer.  Most of these condoms can be purchased at any drug store or pharmacy

Premature ejaculation cure?

there is this "cure" for it that consist on masturbating and stoping right before the climax point or ejaculating. if you do it 2 or 3 times but then ejaculate after. is this method still working?

    Exercise To Cure Premature Ejaculation

    The Start Stop Technique : The basic technique is stimulation of the penis until just before the point of orgasm, and then stopping stimulation until arousal is lower. Start stimulating again and the process is repeated until desired length of time until orgasm is reached, You may lose your erection when you stop the stimulation, but just start again. The most Important part of this exercise is to try everyday if possible. This exercise may take 3-5 months for improvement.

    Pelvic floor muscles : Stop the flow of urine while you are peeing. As you are peeing, intentionally stop the flow of urine. Do this several times until you can clearly feel the muscle you are using to stop the flow.
