For the past 3 years, my sex life has been terrible. about 30 seconds after penetration it happens. I’ve tried all the start stop techniques, I’ve been through everything. nothing seems to work. this only happens the first time. when i go for the second round i either go for hours, or have trouble keeping it up. what the hell can i do? I’m so tired of not being able to satisfy my girlfriends.

I am at uni and my boyfriend moved down with me last summer. even since last summer we’ve been having big problems in the bedroom. Basically he doesn’t last longer than 2 minutes during sex, if that.  He’s even cum just laying inside me.  This is really frustrating for both of us, at the beginning i was supportive but now i cant hide my disappointment and normally end up in tears.  He’s the first sexual partner i’ve had but he’s had several others including more ‘older, experienced, confident and spontaneous’ women (in his own words). I am feeling like its my fault and that im not good enough or experienced enough to satisfy him.
