Is this considered premature ejaculation and how can we stop this?

My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 8 months and when we have sex it doesnt seem to last longer than 5 minutes and at times it has been only 30-45 seconds. We want to know if this is considered premature ejaculation and what can we do to make our sex last longer and pleasurable for the both of us?

We are both adults and were just curious.

Yep, that premature ejaculation. Learn breath control like in Tantric sex techniques.

Many men suffer from premature ejaculation – your boyfriend is not alone. Thankfully, it can be cured, with a combination of mental and physical exercises. With a bit of practice, he will be able to get back total control over when he ejaculates – more than he ever had.

There’s a link below to a good program which really worked for me. Hope this helps, and good luck.

Most males would like to be able to control ejaculation for 15 minutes, but the ground reality is far removed from this. An average healthy male under 30 will ejaculate after 1 to 3 minutes of steady vaginal thrusting. Moreover, ejaculation is dependent on a variety of factors.

Younger men tend to ejaculate earlier, sometimes even during foreplay. The level of excitement, a new or an exciting partner, and the time since the last ejaculation all have a direct affect on the time taken to ejaculate. In addition, rapid and active thrusting tends to lead men to the point of no return quickly. Another factor that tends to speed up ejaculation includes the state of mind.

The ejaculatory reflex is much more complex than the superficial nerve endings that most premature ejaculation treatments tend to focus upon. Before looking for any sexual performance products remember that the neurology involved between the end of the penis and the brain is too complex to be solved by topical creams and numbing the end of the penis. If these could control ejaculations, the problem would not exist.

Similarly, medications that have retardation of ejaculation as a side effect or that use the ‘start stop’ method have basic faults in their approach to ejaculation. The very term ‘premature’ tends to give an impression that it is a disease and not a natural response of the sexual organs. Some men may be naturally more sensitive than others.

Have sex in the morning – Other than trying out different positions, or a different place, or may be just a little intimacy without actual intercourse to get rid of your erectile problems; you may try having sex in the morning when your testosterone levels are at the highest. Off course, your mind is also at greater peace in the morning, which helps tremendously.

Dietary modifications, natural remedies, herbs and homeopathy provide a safe solution that does not have any negative impact on your sexual performance.

Herbs such as Epimedium grandiflorum, also known as Horny Goats Weed are natural sexual stimulators that encourage performance and testosterone production. Tribulus terristis contains aphrodisiac properties and also promotes muscle strength and prowess.

One of the most well known herbs, Eleutherococcus senticosis which is also known as Siberian ginseng, promotes male or ‘yang’ energy, aids circulation, supports natural vitality and also acts as an overall systemic supporter.

In addition, Smilax ornata (also known as Sarsaparilla) is used as a supportive tonic for male genital development while Kola vera combats fatigue and increases energy levels. Be sure to source your natural remedies from reputable companies to ensure maximum safety, efficacy and therapeutic dosage.

First of all the fact that you think this is premature ejaculation proves to all of us that you two are far "from adults". He came. That’s it. When he grows up and becomes an adult, he will learn to control his pleasure long enough to have you enjoy yours. Right now the only thing he is interested in is getting his. So, since he has a lot to learn, I would suggest you give him head first and have him come once, then have him do it for you and let you get yours and then by the time you are done, he will be ready to have sex and it will last longer.

  5. Drakestone says:

It is premature ejaculation if it occurs before you are satisfied. The only solution is for your boyfriend to put more effort in satisfying you and less in getting to his own climax.

  6. shaun@oki says:

Your boyfriend needs to learn his stroke count=(how many strokes before he cums) after he figures this out he needs to learn how to reset=(think about bunnies in a big field playing with flowers) when he comes within 3-4strokes of his limit. And then its just practice and practice. You can also increase his stroke count by a cock ring or some liquor.
