    You don’t need to think you have a premature ejaculation problem because at that age is normal.

    Masturbation prior sex will help. Or lot’s of sex. You will get used to it and become less sensitive.
    You will last longer and longer.
    Your g/f will understand. Just talk about it and practice.

    yep you have premature ejaculation. but yer lucky! it takes me about 30-45 seconds!! (wow, i cant believe i told you that… but at least you feel better :( ) :( a technique i use is: i wack it, but when the feeling that yer about to ejaculate comes you stop relax and think about something non sexual for 15 seconds and wack it again, stop, wack it, stop, until you reach a time like 6 min or something then you blow yer load and try again the technique a few days latter. what the technique does is teaches your pc muscle to slow it down, this method takes a while to get full results though..

    You need to control what is called your premonitory responses, which is the urge to ejaculate, and you can feel this coming on. There are exercises called Kagle ( I may have spelled that wrong, sorry) which basically involve clenching and unclenching your sphincter muscle that you use to control urinating and defecation several times a day, laying flat on your back for several minutes several times a day. If you are quite young, say in your teens, this is pretty normal, and in no way indicates a problem, just that you are very sensitive, and with practice and experience you will last longer. Just a little note, that women often complain about the 4 minute mile, which is often how long men last before they cum, so it is a common problem. Also, women do not have orgasms usually by penis in vagina action, so spend lots of time pleasuring her orally or with some vibrating device, and when she is ready to cum, then you join in. So foreplay in the answer, and remember lots of lube, and gently bently.

    If you are 17, you probably do. Relax! Yes, I know, easier said than done, but that is the secret. Once you learn to relax, concentrate on pleasing your partner. It is only a premature ejaculation, if you ejaculate before she orgasms. If she is satisfied, it was not premature.
