    Try kegel exercises for men. Do not overdo them and do them just once or twice a day and you will start to see some results in a few weeks. You can read more about kegel exercises at the article link below.

    You can try doing kegels. It helps hold back the ejaculate. Simply clench and unclench the muscle you use when you really have to go pee but there is no bathroom around. You may not have any idea but just go through the motions of trying to hold back urine and you’ll know which muscle I am talking about. That muscle also helps you last longer during sex. So work that out and the next time you feel the urge just clench. You can also try picturing unarousing things such as rotting fruits and vegetables or garbage dumps it helps to get your mind out of the zone and distracts you enough to make you last longer during sex, so maybe it’ll help with the premature problem. hope it helps.
