i am 16 and i usually finish masturbating in a minute or so and i was wondering if this is premature ejaculation and what i can do about it?

No it isn’t, and it is hormonal. You have yet to get the experience to control it. Besides that it isn’t as if you have to hold out to please someone else. You are only pleasing your self so it doesn’t matter as long as you are satisfied. If you start finding it takes longer then so be it. You could test your self and learn to hold back from ejaculating so fast. It is muscle control and emotional control. I wouldn’t worry about it.

did you feel like you were ready to ejaculate? if it goes off before you want it too then it’s premature if it goes off and you wanted it too then your all good.

I’m guessing that you are not sexually active (meaning you don’t have a regular sex partner???)
If you don’t and you don’t get to masturbate very often, then the quick ejaculation is a release of the built up pressure.

Masturbate to the point of ejaculation 3 – 5 nights in a row. By the 5th night, it should be taking you longer to ejaculate because you having to work harder to please yourself!!!

Yes it’s premature ejaculation. Although, it’s normal for 16 year olds to ejaculate around that time interval. Practice will cease premature ejaculation. Sex helps a lot, the more you have sex, the less chance of premature ejaculation.

Premature ejaculation is when you have no control over your ejaculations. So not necessarily, that’s just means you’re speedy (it’s not like you have to wait for you to finish when you’re doing it with… you). And it’s OK that you’re speedy with Rosie and her 5 sisters, as long as you’re not speedy with Miss Right.
