I am a 18 years old boy. I masterbate since i was 14. I ejaculate only at 5s . Is there any home remedy for it..? I couldn’t find my pelvis muscle how can i find it ? Where it’s exist..Anybody help me pls…

    Premature ejaculation is caused by one of two factors (or sometimes both!)

    One, the mental aspect. A man doesn’t take the time to relax and immerse himself in the situation and constantly thinks (worries) about cumming. Result? He ends up cumming before he wanted to.

    Two, the physical aspect. A man rushes through his masturbatory sessions, essentially training his body to accomplish the sex act quickly. This is also complicated by men who perform "kegels" without performing "reverse kegels". The constant tightening of the PC muscle presses on the prostate, causing a man to ejaculate quicker than he wishes.

    To fix the mental part, work on your breathing. Shallow, hyper breathing and tensing up will both make you ejaculate quicker; so slow your breathing down and relax as much possible.

    To fix the physical part, try reverse Kegels. Basically it is the muscles used when you push your urine out (but focus the effort on your penis – do NOT try and push your anus out too, as in trying to defecate; this is wrong); by doing this, you are pushing blood into your penis and taking pressure off the prostate, which makes you less likely to ejaculate prematurely.

    Every man is born with premature ejaculation, so having it is perfectly normal – to start with. Controlling ejaculation is something you have to learn just as you had to learn to control your bladder as a child. We get taught to control our bladders but no one teaches us how to control ejaculation.

    Do not waste time or money on sprays, vitamins, herbs, dietary supplements or drugs. This is a learning problem and these things will not help you learn to control ejaculation any more than they can help you to learn to speak another language.

    First, learn to spell. The word, "masturbate" has only one "e" which is at the end of the word.

    Second, to help delay ejaculation, when you feel yourself getting close to orgasm, gently squeeze the head of your penis. Use only enough pressure to where you feel the blood going out of the head, back into the shaft. Then release. If you feel any pain at all, even a tiny bit, you’ve squeezed too hard. The head may be just a bit smaller, but it will quickly get back to the size it usually gets, when you have an erection. This has the desired effect of causing the urge to ejaculate, to subside, temporarily, thus delaying the orgasm until you’re ready.

    I’m not a physician, and I do not present myself as one. On your next doctor visit, ask about the pelvic muscle to which you refer. It is also important that you, and men your age, learn how to do a testicular exam, and do it regularly. If you have masturbated more than once or twice a day, for several years, you should discuss this with your physician. For example, if a husband is with his wife, and they wish to become parents, premature ejaculation may hinder the ability of a husband to impregnate his wife. How to cure premature ejaculation?

Hi.

I believe i have serious premature ejaculation.
it is so fast that i can ejaculate on the first time i touch the vagina. it is really relay really sensitive.

I tried the kegal exercise but i cant really do it ( i dont have what it takes- self control)

I dont really want to take any medicine or perscriptions that require me seeing the doctor.

I was thinking if it is possible just to have sex, and with the time, when i get used to the feeling it will be cured by it self?
I am 19 years old and it is very important for me to try and fix this problem so i could enjoy my sex life as long as i am young.

Just to mention i am really shy when it comes to have sex with girls because of my problem.
so please give a way to cure my self, by my self!

Please, people with personal experience, or people who are expert in the subject please help me!!! im despert!
All my friends are f****** around and i always saying now because i’m shy!

    I know you don’t want to take medicine, but the SSRI antidepressants like Prozac have the side effect of delaying or even eliminating orgasm. Otherwise, this should get better over time. Practice, practice, practice.

    Or, you could just think about Rosie O’Donnell when you are having sex.

    This is very common at your age, I’m sure that your friends are also going through the same thing. Nothing to be embarressed about.

    You need to desensitse yourself. Do you masterbate? That is an excellent way to to make yourself try and last longer ( alone or with a partner).

    If you feel that you aren’t going to last, you can bring her to pleasure first, before penetration by oral sex.

    My one boyfriend was like this and this will change, don’t worry.

    The only way you are going to get rid of it yourself and not by going to see a doctor is get some outstanding self control. Otherwise i think you should go see a doctor cause if you are so worried about it affecting you then go fix it and see the doc it will only take one time at the doctor then you have pills and your set to go and don’t have to worry about the issue again good luck.

    First you have to see if your problem is in your head enviroment, Also remember this happens to every man at least once in their lives but if you beat yourself up to much you will be traumatised. the Non medical ways to do it is to do any of the following:
    1. masterbate and ejeculate prior to having sex.
    2.pull out pull back in during sex
    3. When you feel your about to ejaculate early thing of a non arosing image baseball, dead dog, ect.. then think of a arousing image.
    4. Try visualisation., see yourself doing it
    5 do not rule out that your problem could be in your head if so see a therapist.
    If you have to see a medical doctor their is no shame treatment their is shame in not geting treatment

    Exercise To Cure Premature Ejaculation

    The Start Stop Technique : The basic technique is stimulation of the penis until just before the point of orgasm, and then stopping stimulation until arousal is lower. Start stimulating again and the process is repeated until desired length of time until orgasm is reached, You may lose your erection when you stop the stimulation, but just start again.     Son this is normal, but before you try things out with a girl, keep in mind you can get her pregnant with those few drops.     OK. I’ve n ever had the problem, quite the opposite in fact….i’ve got very good self control.

    The only thing i could suggest is what i do if you want to go longer – just think about something totally un-sexually related….ANYthing other than what you’re doing.

Hey My bf is 16 years old and he has premature ejaculation that’s why we have never had sex before. he told me he can last 2 Min’s masturbating and he also told me hes been trying the stop and go technique and he stops for like 10 secs or more but it still doesnt work, he says he’ll cum couple secs after doing the stop and go (2 Min’s max and 5min’s max with stop and go). I was wondering how long can he last inside a girl with a normal speed? and is there a cure for this problem other than pills?

    There are several reasons of premature ejaculation:

    1.

    psychological factors (depression, stress, feeling of guilt, low self-rating, excessive nervousness owing to sex)
    2.

    Antidepressants. Drug side effect of some medicines belonging to that group (paroxetine, flouxetine) is orgasm delay. That is why they can be used on doctor’s orders to treat premature ejaculation. If those medicines do not help then doctor prescribes another type of antidepressant called clomipramine.
    2.

    Creams containing local anesthetic (for example, lidocaine) are used for many years to treat premature ejaculation. Cream application on head of penis opiates sensation and delays ejaculation. Before sex cream should be washed off to avoid its contact with woman’s genital organs.

     Do you masturbate too much? Too many men are pushed over the edge, right to ejaculation, because they mentally begin to panic when they feel they’re close to orgasm. Panic phrases rush through their heads, like: "Uh oh, I’m gonna blow!" and "Not again, this is going to be embarrassing."     2. The most sensitive part of your penis is the top of the shaft and especially the head. To decrease its stimulation (without stopping the ‘action’) slowly and deeply thrust into your partner, as far as you can go and she can pleasurably take.

    Then, gently grind your hips, wiggling your pubic bone (the hard area above your penis, about 8 inches down from your belly button) on her vagina. To her, this seems and feels like a wonderful stroke variation, which gives her external clitoral stimulation (the number one way to make any woman orgasm).
    However, behind the scenes, it’s momentarily decreasing your stimulation, enabling you to last longer. This happens because when you plunge deep into her, your penis enters a wider area of her vagina, which lessens its contact and stimulation.

    Then, to cap it off, you grind and wiggle, instead of thrusting in and out, which further decreases the intense sensations of sex. After 30 seconds or so, your arousal levels will have dropped enough for you to restart your thrusting.
    By using this technique, you’re able to control your urge to pop without stopping sex and while giving your partner extra sexual stimulation. Now how much better a technique is that for tackling premature ejaculation when compared to what most people consider to be effective techniques? Things like: "Count backward from 100" and "Think of dead puppies!"

    the only thing Im aware of is the kegel exercise thing….(use the muscles as you would if you ad to stop peeing- this supposedly strengthens and trains the muscle to give you more control. Im not sure though..it seems the whole time a woman is trying to cum thre man is trying not to!

    The good news is that this is a problem that is highly curable, providing the man is willing to get help and invest the time and effort needed. It is believed that 80% to 90% of men are able to learn better control through therapy.

    The first step to lasting longer is to become familiar with one’s self. Be comfortable with your body, its sensations and the feelings leading up to orgasm. You should learn and be able to predict when the orgasm will occur. This will prevent it from creeping up on you and taking you by surprise. This will also help you do what is necessary to prevent you from reaching that "point of no return."

    The "stop and start" method involves bringing yourself just before the point of no return and stopping all movement before it is too late. When the urgency to ejaculate subsides, start thrusting again, and repeat several times.

    This can also be practiced using your partner’s hand, mouth or even by yourself. It may require some trial and error, as you may pass that point accidentally.

    What you are trying is kegel exercises but they do not happen overnight. You need to give it a few weeks and do these exercises right and then expect results.

I am 15 and i ejaculate in a matter or seconds(less than a minute). I also have a relatively small penis at 4.5in and 4in circumference. I already had my growth spurt so i doubt i will grow more. I started masturbated wen i was 12 since it felt good and didnt’t know what i was doing. And now i’m an addict. Obviously i am still a virgin.     i don’t think you are an addict then again i don’t know all the details..just remember it is perfectly normal my husband used to do it like 3 times a day sometimes…i really don’t know why…but…about the premature ejaculation…just before you reach your climax and feel the semen about to come out…hold that tube looking thing on the front of your penis(that is the front when you are erected and the underside of the penis is now pointed up) the tube is where the fluids come from when you hold it it will make it go back down and you will last longer

    You can go and speak to your doctor , but I don’t think he’ll advise anything as you are so young. As you grow older the time required to edjaculate will increase anyway so you should not be doing anything about it until you are 18 and stopped growing . Then there are some simple treatments available.

    when you’re entertaining yourself, get to the point where you’re about to lose it, then back off and repeat for as long as you can. this can also be a good time because the orgasm is usually better the longer you wait (at least that’s the way it is for women).
