If he is shooting blanks than no you can’t get pregnant. How do you know he is shooting blanks? Guys will say anything to keep on trucking. Yes, you can get pregnant from premature ejaculation. If he is inside you without a condom you have a chance of getting pregnant. If he is using a condom your chance of pregnancy are slim. Premature ejaculation just means he is immature and lousy in bed. He can still get you pregnant just like any other man. And don’t fall for the whole "shooting blanks" thing. I wouldn’t believe it even if I seen the test results. Use birth control or don’t have sex at all its that simple.
